How to Submit a Referendum Proposal
Step 1: Go to Governance-> Democracy, Click “Submit preimage”
Step 2: Input Arguments
- Select account address
- Select Governance Content
- Copy and Save (preimage hash)
- Click to “Submit preimage”
Step 3: Submit the proposal
- Select the account address (the balance will need to be more than 100 DPR)
- Input preimage hash saved before
- Lock 100 DPR
- Click “Submit proposal”
- The referendum proposal is submitted
Note: The council will vote to decide if the proposal can proceed. It’s required to have more than half of all the votes to pass a proposal.
