How to Submit a Referendum Proposal

Step 1: Go to Governance-> Democracy, Click “Submit preimage”

Step 2: Input Arguments

1. Select account address
2. Select Governance Content
3. Copy and Save (preimage hash)
4. Click to “Submit preimage”

Step 3: Submit the proposal

1. Select the account address (the balance will need to be more than 100 DPR)
2. Input preimage hash saved before
3. Lock 100 DPR
4. Click “Submit proposal”
5. The referendum proposal is submitted 

Note: The council will vote to decide if the proposal can proceed. It’s required to have more than half of all the votes to pass a proposal.
