Subscription Support & Refund Policy
This is a digital subscription service and does not include physical product shipping or hardware warranty coverage.
Your subscription renews automatically based on the selected billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date.
You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings prior to the next billing date.
If you experience a billing issue, duplicate charge, or service access problem, please contact support as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once a subscription has been activated and service access has been provided, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
